In DoKH:Silent Woods (the first level of the hold) I'm getting this assertion error all the time:

Assertion error in line 145 of DbPackedVars.cpp: "GetVarValueSize(pszVarName)==sizeof(int)"

It occurs at least when I:

- view a challenge complete demo
- restart a room or undo after I've heard an error beep
- exit the demo screen (F6)

There is a possibility that it may be related to loading a 5.2 player profile in 5.1, and I haven't replicated it in 5.2 (I need to sleep; I'll do that tomorrow). I just wanted to make sure that I didn't forget to post this.

It's definitely this. 5.2 supports more complex key bindings, which required changes to how the bindings are stored. 5.1 will complain that these values aren't the right size, since it's loading them expecting the old format.
