Ability to lock editing to prevent unintentional changes (+2)

When editing a hold that I have editing privileges for, it would be handy to have the ability to set a flag "lock editing" so I don't accidentally change something. I could always remove the flag to "unlock editing" if I did want to make changes.

When "lock editing" is set, the game would show a prompt that the hold cannot be edited until the flag is unset. Similar to what happens when you try to edit another author's hold.
