Settings: Volume sliders (+3)

I have two requests for the volume sliders in Settings. Firstly, a number next to each bar, so that if I (for example) want to have different settings for editing and for video recording, I can easily get back to exactly the settings I had before. Secondly, a "restore to defaults" button.
