It's been a long time since I played this (forgot most of what I needed to do). Dragon Fogel mentioned in chat that he might post a demo set of the Hard mode to help people get through.

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a way to export multiple demos at once without exporting all the ones in the hold. So, here's all the demos I have for the hold.

If you view all in each level, then the second set should be the ones for Hard Mode. In some cases I have a bunch of Hard Mode wins, presumably when I was trying to set up the ghosts for the winning run on the next room. Generally speaking, the rooms with one Hard Mode win are the toughest. The demos are sorted by date, so just use the last one.
