Hello everyone and belated Happy New Year!

Finally I pushed myself to see a construction of a full level to the end. I hope you enjoy this short relaxing walk with Beethro and complete all the rooms and challenges.

Any and every feedback is welcome!

- Pavol

Thanks so much for the feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the level.
I worked some of it into the level.
I'm attaching the new version to the root post.

Changes:

- General:
I cleaned up some of the challenge scripting, but that's mostly to make the "character code" look "nicer".

EDIT:
Nuntar quickly answered my question in the bugs board. The shiny new version 3 is attached, with 1N1E now working properly (and, in my opinion, even better than before).
I also made another minor tweak to 1E.

EDIT 2:
Apparently, it is usual to change the hold file in the root post? It seems that way from what I could see in a few other threads.

Changing the initial post is more convenient for people since we'll always know where to find the most up-to-date version.

Also, if you ever submit the hold for publication, the site will grab the hold from the first post, so that's the one you need to update anyway.

Thanks for those!
The file of the initial post has once again been updated.

Changes:

-1S2E:
Added a seeding beacon so that room is replayable for the purposes of the challenge.

EDIT:
I had to go afk for a little bit after putting a new file to the root.
Then I once more updated my file, while double-checking the challenge awarding. Therefore, I'm changing the file once more to version 5, so that everyone, including myself has the same exact file.
Apologies for the refresh.

Because there was some confusion for 1N1E and the fact that there are two different challenges, I made some more minor changes.
Version 6 going to the root post right after this reply.

1N1E: Soldier horn is behaving funny , he won't stab the wraithwing ?

Edit: Soldier does stab the wraithwing if i bring the goblin up

Conquered it!
Neat little hold, with interesting challenges (I only need to complete 1N1E slayer killing challenge).
I also had the same problem in 1N1E of the soldier not killing the WW without bringing the goblin in the northern part. Apart from that, cool room!

1E was definitely my favourite room of the hold, loved it!

1S1E was a bit messy but fun, I didn't even understood that I needed to do the challenge as well. Also, it is easy to step on the grass without noticing and fail the challenge, and since there are no guards there is no "check" if the challenge is still going. Maybe add a single guard or some other way to know if you step on the grass?

1S2E, was quite fun!

2E, weakest room for me, it felt too straightforward IMO.

1N2E, thought it was going to be harder, but it turned out relatively easy.

Here's a demo set of my solutions.

I didn't see any funny behaviour with the soldier in the demos, nor could I replicate it.

Regarding 1N1E,

I will add some gardeners to 1S1E and 2E to make the player aware that a grass step was made, as per your suggestion, @Red.

Changes will be posted tomorrow or the day after, as I'm travelling. Until then, keep the feedback coming!

So, seems that soldier horn will stab wraithwing, no need to bring the goblin, but it depends on the sword orientation he enters with.
If soldier enters with his sword N, NW or W, he will not stab the ww.
As the soldier is avoiding stabbing the decoy, seems he cannot turn his sword and kill the ww

I consider this a feature.

Big big thanks to @Chaco for reviewing the hold yesterday on stream, it was instructive to hear a process of blind playthrough.
It sure seems like one tends to take things for granted when being the architect... I should not go too far in that direction, otherwise I'll end up requiring you, players, to read my mind... :D
I was taking notes during the stream and so version 8 is attached to the root post.
@Chaco, please let me know if you made any other big points I missed.

I am gonna leave this here for a few more days to see if anything else crops up and then send it to our beloved HAs.
Thanks everyone!
