Noticed in 1.3.0.446x

If you make a custom character based on a class with a different avatar, like Red Guard, or Goblin, or Grey Man, then change the player role to that custom class, your avatar does not update accordingly, and remains as Tendry.

Setting player role to the default class updates your avatar fine.

Can confirm fixed in 1.3.0.499. Setting player role to a custom character based on a character with a different avatar will update your avatar accordingly.
