On a whim, I looked into my spam folder, and there it was, the notification message from CaravelNet that my account is going to expire soon. I renewed it (which worked flawlessly and instantly this time), and the confirmation email landed in the spam folder too.

I don't know what you (Caravel Games) can do about it, given how bad email has gotten recently (see e.g. https://cfenollosa.com/blog/after-self-hosting-my-email-for-twenty-three-years-i-have-thrown-in-the-towel-the-oligopoly-has-won.html for a recent high-profile rant), but perhaps this is a sign that more and more people will have trouble renewing their accounts from now on.
