When DROD RPG is in fullscreen under the default Windows 10 DPI settings, some versions render blurry text. Below are some test results.

* 1.2.6.272                 clear
* 1.2.7.316                 clear
* 1.2.8.alpha: 2020-09-28   blurry
* 1.2.8.alpha: 2020-10-16   blurry
* 1.2.8.alpha: 2020-10-30   blurry
* 1.3.0.415                 blurry

The blurry text can be fixed by asking the Windows 10 to respect the scaling performed by the application in the compatibility tab.

Edit:

SDL 2 is used since 1.2.8. Is that what causes the issue?

It seems that the flag SDL_WINDOW_ALLOW_HIGHDPI has to be passed to SDL_CreateWindow starting from SDL 2.0.1.

TSS 5.1.1 may have the same issue.

Thanks for reporting this. Yes, I assume this issue appeared with the switch to SDL 2 in 1.2.8.

Let's put up a PR and get this fixed for the next build!
