What am I supposed to do to get in this dungeon? I'm guessing I can't learn to swim in shallow water until after I enter, so the easy path is out. Other than that I see a lot of rafts dotted around the lake but none that I can use to move Beethro onto, then step onto another raft in a different room, which is what I'm guessing the deal is. I'm completely flummoxed.

I'm still stuck. I appear to have accessed all map squares I can get to and the only named dungeons I've found are Ancient Ruins and Forest Shrine. I can't access the buildings in 2N2E or 4N2E, I can't reach 2N at all and 2N3W just has a golem who appears to do nothing. I can't see any way to use the bridge trick I learned in FS and I'm out of ideas.

Edit: now found Ice Tower, I'll see what this can give me.
