The topic "math jokes" had a post,and the folder for the topic was red but the "anything" board's folder was still yellow.

Have you tried refreshing? I get things like that all the time and I don't even care about them anymore. Sometimes hen I go to the main page it doesn't refresh it but goes to earlier time when I visited. (for example, it's 15:00, I visited earlier at 13:00, main page still shows the 13:00 folders, I hit refresh and there it is.)

I never looked at it and the anything board folder was still yellow.Even though there was a post,it didn't turn red.
