Currently, tokens can be built by using _MyScript injection with the Build command. However, they don't appear in the Build list, and they aren't supported for build markers.

It would be nice if build marker support was added, and it would be convenient if tokens could be selected as buildable items when scripting.

Can successfully build and place build markers for every token type in 5.2.0.508 . I exhaustively went down both lists and checked they all worked as expected, and they do.
