Could there be a crumbly wall put in leading back to the first room? It's still possible to exit the level by way of entering the secret room, but some people may want it anyway. Just in case they leave before the snakes die but they don't notice.

You'd have to be a bit slow not to notice though ;). The worst level for that is level 9, where you can't solve the entrance room if you leave and come back - you have to start in the middle.

Just a heads-up, you can solve the Lvl 9 Entrance even if you come back - that's how I did it.

I doubt that Erik would have put a room in that you couldn't reset (level 8 being an exception, but there's a warning, so it's all good.)
