All the rooms in the "First Floor" level of Grotto Palace other than the entrance should be marked unscorable; the point of them is to pass through them to get to where you can complete the entrance, and as far as I can tell none of them can actually be cleared.

Less urgently, the entrance of Level 2: The Maze of Cold Shoulders in Piteous is empty but marked scorable, and the entrance is more than one move away from the stairs.

The hub entrance is also scorable. So was the hub exit, but I one-moved it so that won't be an issue by the time you see this.
