KDD Steam Key not available for me? (0)

It seems that I'm not able to get a Steam key for King Dugan's Dungeon from my Purchases page. I think this is because I got KDD 2.0 as a Smitemaster's Selection rather than through the actual game itself... Or are KDD keys not available yet somehow? Can someone look into this?
