I found this while trying to delete some PM's from Matt which were like 3 months old. The steps to find the error are:
1. Go to your PM Inbox.
2. Click any message that isn't from yourself.
3. Click "delete this message"
4. Click any of the PM Inbox | Compose PM | PM Outbox links.
5. Look at the address. There isn't a username.
Obviously this is quite an annoying issue, although it isn't that serious.

No, he didn't. He put it under bugs, and some moderator moved it to the site.
