It might be specific to Castle Repton due to scripting, but in that hold when I got a long-sword by entering from another room my sword didn't switch.

I'm not sure about high scores being invalid, but when you post bug reports, please do so from the latest released build (now 1.2.3). I think this issue was fixed a while ago.

It seems as if it wasn't. Now I'm using the latest build (1.2.3.70), and the issue still remains (for this hold). Sorry about posting while using an old version of the game.

I was initially a bit confused as to what was meant in this bug report, but now I understand it and can confirm that it's not working in 1.2.3.116 (119).

The issue is that if you enter a room on top of a piece of equipment or equipment slot, no swapping occurs. You have to walk off of the square and on again to swap your equipment. So equipment on the ground can't be interacted with on turn 0.

This is whether you enter the room by walking in from another one, or start the room on top of equipment via a level entrance.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I'll work on fixing this so equipment swaps can happen on turn 0. They should.

I can confirm that this is working in build 1.2.3.133.
