The Defeat of the Goblin King. : Good King's territory : Entrance (0)

My version of this hold seems entirely different from that here. The first level is "The Enemy Camp", not "Good King's Territory". I have attached a screenshot of the entrance, which is the first room in the hold. I cannot solve it, and I can't find it anywhere in this forum.

What is happening here?
