While looking through the files associated with the TSS custom elements pack, I found the tiles and avater for a character named "Qwenna". She doesn't appear in any official hold.

I know she's probably just some bonus character they threw in, but I'm just checking if there's something deeper.

Qwenna appears in Caught in an Eddy in TSS. Specifically, 2N3E.

Oh, right her. For some reason I remember her just being Citizen 3. It gets confusing when an actor does the exact same voice for so many characters.
