I'm stumped on a lot of rooms on this level right now. Feels like I haven't quite gotten the hang of the sort of roach manipulation expected of me here.

What am I supposed to do here? If I'm walking through the west chamber with the one-use pressure plate myself, then I have to hit the top orb first. But in doing so I have to break one of the walls keeping the roach on a plate, and I can't see how to time things so that the roach stands on a plate on a turn when I can reach its respective orb.

Alternatively, I can lead the roach to the plate easily enough, but then I can't kill it because I have no way to hit the top orb.

What am I missing here?
