This is a problem caused by people writing in Word. I
mostly catch it, but a few things slip my attention.
The two bundles of special characters are in fact the Unicode equivalent of Word's smart quotes. I copy and paste your text into DROD.net's CMS, and then clean off all the extra formatting I can find. Red Hawk's escaped my notice.
If you decide to write an Architect's Toolkit, we can get around this compulsion of Word's by saving it as a plain text file or as basic HTML (<
b>
, <
i>
, <
a>
, <
img>
, those sorts of tags). I'll restore all your formatting.
Matt
