At the moment, if we want lights that start off, we have to use a script that turns them off on turn 0. The problem with this (aside from the fact that it's tedious to implement if there are a lot of lights) is that they will be on in the room image. This may look ugly if there are lights that aren't meant to be on simultaneously, and it may give away features of the room that are meant to be hidden.
