Perfected status on hold select list (+1)

Along with filters for Perfected, Conquered Not Perfected, etc.

A hold with no challenges is perfected when it's mastered, in the same way that a hold with no secrets is mastered when it's conquered.

The number of challenges completed/total could also be next to the title alongside the secret percentage.
