Noted in 5.0.1.5973 beta.

Repro:

1) Enable auto-undo on death.
2) Set undo level to 0 turns.
3) Start playing the game.
4) Die. Do not press R/Backspace.

Observations:

Playfield fades to black, Beethro death animation keeps playing in portrait. After switching away from play window (to menu or other app), playfield is restored but play is impossible until player presses R.

Expected Behaviour:

When the undo level is zero, the "auto-undo on death" setting should be ignored and the game should auto-restore as usual.
