OK, what do I need to do here? Due to the oremites I have to enter the goblin hot tile areas with sword facing west. If I let him go all the way to the west, he blocks the way back. If I back up back to the pit trap the roach will remain safe. The wraithwing can either be slaughtered by the guard or follow me into the hot tile area, either way I can't see how it helps.

A further thought I've had, I now see how it is solvable if the wraithwing would precede me into the hot tile area for the first goblin/roach kill, (using the green door for the second), but I cannot get it to leave its alcove without committing myself to the hot tile area.
