When I get close to the queens, they spawn more roaches, when I kill those roaches, more have spawned. How can i get to the queens.

Entirely possible. Just keep trying, you'll either learn better how to kill the roaches and queens and move on, or you'll give up and play a different game. It only gets harder from here, fair warning.
