Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see any need to break any of the broken walls in that room - making not turning your sword trivial.

I have found quite a tricky solution and didn't think about finding a simple one.

Please post your solution. If it is really trivial to kill the wraithwings without turning the sword, I have to apologize.
