I got 314 million but the URL functionality malfunctioned, so I can't prove it. I did get a screenshot of a system that got 281 Million. My technique is:

× Start with the first earth planet near the inside of the habitable zone. Slow down to 1x speed and add a dwarf star near the sun so that earth comes in just a little bit - there's some experimentation and lots of restarts here. Then, right on the inside edge of the habitable zone, add 9 ice giants when the dwarf is 180 degrees away from your add-spot. You use the dwarf star like a timer to get the ice giants approximately equally spaced. Some experimentation is necessary to find just the right orbital radius so that the IGs don't end up too close together, but they need to all have the same starting position, and they all need to be added when the DS is 180 degrees away so that they all have approximately the same orbit. Then, pump the speed back up to 8x or 16x and make sure that your orbits are pretty stable... the earth should be in a tight orbit between the DS and the IGs, almost touching the IGs orbit, but not quite
