Is there a clever way to wait in the scripting for someone to wait? The only thing that I can think of is a loop of every turn to see if the player moved or turned. I would rather do something other than that.

Looking at the Architectopedia, I'd say it's not. Your best option is to put _X and _Y and _O into temp variables. The next turn, check to see if the current _X and _Y and _O match the temp variables, and if they do, jump to your intended script. If they don't, just reset the temps to the current _X and _Y and _O and try again next turn.

(To any developers reading, running Wait For Player To Move with a _MyScriptX of 4 always returns false. If this could be modified to return true if the player waited, it would make this kind of script much more straightforward. Just a recommendation.)
