×If you notice, the roaches are 10 and so are the squares where you can trap them. If you go a little up and down you should be able to get them in position, then wait till they're blocked by the tar; then go kill the mother first so she won't grow anymore.
You don't have to be hasty, you have a good amount of moves before the tar blocks everything and if the roaches are not naturally in two rows, go quickly up, break the crumbly wall and move twice left, then return quickly in front of the yellow gate. That should work.
