I'M ABLE TO KILL MOST OF THE SERPENTS BUT NOT ALL OF THEM. There are two serpents left at the end and I was able to shorten them quite a bit but not kill them. And what is the mimic for?

I thought it was harder to do your way since the snake would only turn. you would need to go behind it.
