Okay, I'm having trouble putting markers on the maps (it keeps making the map disappear), so I will try to describe it in words.
First: the preparation.

×Hit the topmost orb and the bottommost orb. This will leave only one path from the right hand side of the room.
Next: the luring.

×Hit the orb against the left wall, in the little enclosure. Let out as many or as few roaches as you feel comfortable with. If you don't want to let them all out, hit the orb again ASAP.
Move up until you are in line with the bottom of the only open door of the set on the right. A few roaches will follow you. Move down to the orb directly above the one that let the roaches out, and hit it before a roach can enter the left set of doors. Then move down some more so they come straight at you.
Last: the massacre.

×If you didn't leave the door open, hit the orb in the enclosure. The other roaches will come out, but you can pick them off at your leisure because you control how many come through the right side because you need to first open the door and then move north a bit to lure them out. If you left some roaches trapped between two doors, take care of them first before you lure some more through.
