× first I lured both queens in (18,22) and (19,22)

× then (and here's your mistake I think) I pressed the right button in (23,19) on move 1. After that...

× I went as fast as possible to south so that 1 queen went to the SW tar and the other to the NW tar block. The timing must be perfect.
You only need 1 queen to prevent the spawn

× then you have to be quick to kill tar mother in NE corner and then head for SE. You won't have problem with the left spawning since the tar will not grow
