×As I see it: I can't take care of the southern area before getting the Evil Eye off its plate at (29,10). And I can't get to that Eye without something standing on the plate at (10,10) while I kill the Eye. But what can I get to occupy (10,10) while I'm elsewhere? Neither of the Eyes in in a position to see me from afar, all the stuff beyond the (13,21) door has to wait till later (as I can go down there only once), so it would have to be the roach at (33,10). But I don't see how I can lure it into position -- if I could herd it ahead of me like a goblin or roach queen, that would be different, but the roach will only chase me.

Erm, why? You can go down there as much as you want, and one of goblins could be used to hold down pressure plate at 10,10.
