I'm stuck with a single snake two units long. Help! We just keep going around in circles. How do I get it to go down the dead end path?

It would help if you mentioned which snake you are failing to kill, so we have some clue where you mess up.

Am I dense? I don't get this one.



Any other combination and placement of roach leaves me with even less satisfying results.
What's the trick I'm missing?
