After defeating the wingwraiths in this room, exit the room, then re-enter it and take out every single trapdoor without getting stuck in the middle.

That's really easy (at least if you've played level 15). Why not make it a bit harder, such as:
Defeat the wraithwings and drop every trapdoor without getting stuck in the middle (don't exit and re-enter after all wraithwings are dead).

OR

Kill all but two wraithwings and drop all the trapdoors. Then kill the two remaining wraithwings and exit.
