I have already tried to open a thread for this room - in vain.

I think Gunthro and the Epic Blunder is relatively easy.

However, I seem to have a blackout in this room.
How on earth may I persuade the guards to step in the pressure plates?

This room has me absolutely stumped. No matter what I try I can't get either of the guards to step diagonally, presumably on to the first arrow. And how do I get them to stand on the pads at the same time so that I can get to the brain? I'm obviously looking at it the wrong way. Please help me.
