I'm beginning to think this hold is too hard for me!

I was cruising right along on this level,( only 1 room left after this nightmare) when I got to this room.

I abhor manuevering bats, they always seem to do something unexpected. Yes, I've read the movement rules.

In this case, I can't get the bat into any snake chamber. I'm assuming I need to get the NW snake first. I can get the bat in any of the top 2 adjoining squares, but can't get the bat to move into the chamber when the snake frees up a square.

Give me a hint, a clue, a spoiler, or tell me to forget it! Please!

Here's a demo that kills 2 first snakes. You should get the picture.

If the demo's not enough,

This may also be useful with certain rooms on L4.

Thanks! I watched the demo but didn't read the "secret" message.
I am absolutely bowled over! I don't understand the little dance but it works. I would never, never, have ever tried moving in those directions. I have somehow got to get a handle on bat movement. I think I'll try playing this room over & over until I can understand what's going on.

This is really tricky ww work, what I need is hints as to what order do you kill the snakes in. I have succeeded in killing the middle one after the first two.

But, I just can not seem to get the order right. :?

Nevermind... :no I got it figured out.

but what a room I will have to incorporate this movement into some hold sometime. Is this an original idea or have you seen it anywhere else?

Thanks agaricus5 for all this fun frustration, I think.
