×You're thinking towards the solution now. But with wrong positions giant should be switching:

1. It won't help if giant presses or unpresses two plates at the same turn(door would be closed both on player's turn and on goblins' turn, so you cannot pass!!).
2. Yeah, you are right, you can't kill decoy(and you shouldn't).


It would be helpful if each turn giant pressed one plate and at the same time unpressed another.

The positions giant should be oscillating between are soo near ones you mentioned.

×Get mirror at 28,23(makes luring giant to decoy correctly easier)... and lure giant to decoy. Simple as that. Although when giant steps on pressure plate near decoy for the first time, mimic should step on the other one, so goblins don't get released(after that, mimic assistance is no longer needed and giant will be dancing between plates by itself)
