I just downloaded the new 3D demo and everything looked great - except - instead of a sword wielding Beethro there was a weird large triangle. Also some of the other graphics looked as though the polygons weren't being drawn properly. (I have a screen snapshot but I can't work out how to put it in this posting). This doesn't seem to be related to any of the other problems with the previous 3D demo as changing all the settings makes no difference. 2 questions: i) has anyone else seen the same ii) anyone know what to do about it?

For information I am using Windows XP pro

This is already being discussed in the file "The 3d demo...". No, there's nothing to do about it, it has something to do with a graphics card.
