Can you be more specific about what you mean by "red tiles"? Do you mean open trapdoor gates, trapdoor gates whether open or closed, any of a certain set of tiles that you judge to be "red"...?

I guess if we have to be specific, then open trapdoor gates since it's the only red tiles encountered so far.

Yeah that rule seems to fit all the pictures so far. Though it doesn't mean that all open trapdoor gates have to have goblins atop them.
