I am going to include the flavor test posted, because the entrant deserves to be able to frame the picture properly.

Flavor text: This picture was taken in southern Oregon.
We were driving along the I5 & I thought Riddle was an odd name for a town, so I decided to take a picture of the sign.
After I took the photo, we realised we had passed the cyclist & so I double-checked the photograph.
Yup, that really is a cyclist, on the Interstate, riding towards the traffic.

Flavor text: The area where my cottage is located is one of the homes of the Eastern Massassauga Rattlesnake, a threatened species. Some years ago, this sign was put up in an attempt to raise awareness and lower the incidents of snake road kill. I don't know how successful the program is, but I certainly come across more than one of them each year.

In case anyone is wondering how that window looks when you're actually driving along the main road, Google Street View link (the only legal spot to park and get a clear shot was in a side street). Unfortunately, it looks like the Google car went past during the few months when the house was changing hands.
