Not quite, I'm afraid. Those are mildly ironic (except maybe the first one; I'm not sure what you were going for there. "smiley"?) but not oxymorons, as they aren't figures of speech combining seemingly contradictory terms.

I heard this one when I was in Florida recently.

Scrub fire

Now I think of scrubbing as the act of washing, but in Florida scrub is small bushes and grass which can indeed catch fire.
