El Dorado : Overture : 2 South, 2 East (0)

i think i know the basic idea how to solve the room, but i cannot find the right spot.
i think you have to lure the golem to a certain spot, probably by killing one decoy with another decoy.
then one can place the other 3 decoys and the switch-plates, and kill the golem one the last.

any help?

i just solved this room.

turns out my assumptions were wrong
you can use all 4 decoys for getting the golem out.
