There seems to be no reasonable use for the bomb here, since there's nobody easy to hit near the entrance and run back out for the grappling hook. And I definitely can't get through if I miss out on the useful Health to the north.

It has occurred to me that it might be helpful to smite one aumtlich when I return from the north. But if so, I can't figure out which. Otherwise, I can never quite make it to the east and back to the west even with my 651 HP.

×won't need to use the hand bomb (which I'd apparently never gotten in the first place) or smite even one of those aumtlichs in that room.

×visiting the secret room up to the north with the HP twice—once before you visit the room to the east and once after. The first time, of course, you'll want to leave some HP so you can come back again later to get the rest, otherwise you'll wind up wasting too much of it unnecessarily.

×definitely not supposed to grab all of the HP in 2N1E the first time you get there; take exactly half (325) of the HP, go and visit the secret room 2E to the east, come back to 2N1E in order to get the other half of the HP, and then leave 1E to the west.

×Looking at the Reputation column in the Scores list, it looks like a few people did kill an aumtlich and got out with the loot.
