Arnold here, Arnold Rimmer...

That's right, holographically projected from the centre of the known universe (next to the Black Sheep Brewery, conveniently enough).

Enjoyed DRODding for years now. Cheaper than D&D and less players to worry about.

However, reduced to joining the forums through frustration and a need to get past one more room...

Hi Vitalik. If you stick around on this forum, your English might get much better. We have many people here whose first language isn't English, including some others from Russia. Welcome to the forums!

I think just the same! I might want to add, despite the fact that it doesn't relate to the subject, that my sister, who barely speaks english, keeps messing up english with her "Is the [insert object here, usually in french]" and other common errors. >.<

That's gradually turning into a anger factor. :angry

Back on-topic, though, practice helps a lot. For single words I don't understand, I use Google Translator. However, when it comes to full sentences, I improvise, in hopes that it turns out just right.

he he he. This place is fun. I think I'm the Predator type of Arnold. I take a lot of flack from the mean uglies for a while, but in the end, I kick tail ;)

Hi Im new here(obviously)and have been playing DROD for only a couple of days and am now addicted and strangely highly violent towards my once very much loved computer and this highly frustrating game it allowed me to download. (yes, I blame the computer lol)

So, for the destruction I now love to impart, I shall describe myself as the Terminator Arnold :lol (even though I'm a girl)

Hey,mxvladi, thanks for the link. I did post here, but while posting my message my dear machine decided to disconnect herself and afterwards couldīt find which board was to continue.
All right,here I go again:
Hi,everyone!
Though Iīve been playing DROD for some time (Iīm trying to finish the goblins at the 14th level) and love reading all of your posts, I donīt feel quite sure of my English .
I donīt remember any "Arnold" that fits my type, can you?

Well, "not quite sure" in conjunction with "English" would fit most of the Arnolds you can choose from... ;)

(Watching Terminator 1 to 3 in English for the first time a week ago was a riot - even moreso if you happen to be an Austrian... :D)

np: Pan Sonic - Laptevinmeri / Laptev Sea (Katodivaihe / Cathodephase)

I am the Prince of Cats. Cats never do anything anyone tells them to, so it's like being royalty with no subjects, no responsibility, and no kingdom. I suppose that's sort of like being Governor of California, to tie this back to an Arnold role. :glasses

The problem with this exercise is I have already, myself, written the character which portrays exactly the type of hero/villain duality I am. Her name is alternately Akia/Akima, and when she is good she is very very good, but when she is bad she scares the living umbrellas out of even the darkest of the lords of the evil realms. Huge amounts of power over nearly every element (physical and otherwise), ability to fly, teleportation, telekinesis, telepathy, strange obscure weakness to lilac scented candles, and the ability to change appearance at will. Truly the most awesome of awesomeness. Oh, and heckova fighter with both bare hands and bladed weaponry. And did I mention she's part vampire? ^-^

And yes, she has a dragon. Woot!

I would have to say that i represent the Arnold from "Last Action Hero" because I find myself to be both adventurous(if i spelt that right) and funny :thumbsup

I had thought the word "spelt" was either nonexistent or simply the misspelled past tense of the word "spell." However, even though you are from the United States, "spelt" apparently is the chiefly British form of "spelled." (Sorry, I have an English minor and I was extremely bored.) Now that that's cleared up, is Arnold (intentionally) funny?:) :guns

Are you sure her name is not "Mary Sue"? :P

Ok, if I was an Arnold type of Hero/Villain I'd probably be a Conan/Total Recall/Twins - kinda Arnold. It's a weird mix but it's too hard to fall under one Arnold Archetype these days... Have to be able to multitask and adapt, although sometimes I do just want to shout "Get to da choppa!" or "It's not a tuma!" Actually, I think it might be safer to say that I'm more likely a cross between Conan and Ace Rimmer and Lister (for all you Red Dwarf fans) combined. :D

Such an invitation when I'm registering... Well I can't pass without answering then.

I'm not sure I can find myself in any Arnold so I'll just look at the bigger question "What kind of Hero/villain are you ?"

Just like that without thinking too much I'd say Demona from Gargoyles. Not physicaly but the way of thinking...
I don't know. Maybe it's just because I was thinking of her this morning when I went buying bread...

For those who don't know Demona I'd just say "Poor you..."
