Way Forward : Workflow Direction Center : 1 South (+1)

I am (again) lost. Do I enter the inner chamber with roach at all? Because I can not find a way to not kill the roach once I am inside before I even get to orb behind the green door.

what I can't do is swap places with the roach so that I can get below him. Can anybody help me please?
