On this page, a very inaccurate error was posted:

Wesley Chua, a long-time DROD fan, is tinkering around with building a text adventure based on the Eighth (which has developed considerably since the old days of the Yahoo! group, to the point where we can actually do stuff like have text adventures.) You can find the latest version here.
