Treasure Hunt : Tomb Raider : 1 East (0)

I've killed the snakes and reentered the room, but can't figure out how to drop all the trapdoors in order to advance to the next room. The middle section is where I end up with too few tiles, ending up getting trapped.

Any hints? Thanks

Step diagonally in the middle.

Those four squares in the very middle -
You'll need to step on two of them when intially heading east to the orb.
You'll need to step on the other two when crossing from north to south.

I thought I'd tried all the diagonal steps possible. Obviously I didn't.
