×Have the mimics whack away at the queens while you dodge the spawned roaches. That way you should be able to whittle them down until they're gone.

×If all else fails, embed the mimics right in the crowd of queens (pointing your sword SW helps with that) then retreat to the entrance - that should allow you to decimate them without the roaches being able to get to you.
