In JtRH, the Slayer 39th can only be found in rooms where he is not killable, except in level 25. I have found a way to kill the Slayer. I am sure there are other ways to kill the Slayer in the official hold if carefully observed. I have attached a demo here and a picture on the next post for you to see and tell me what you think about it!
